We don't have a tax return system in my country for individuals. They cut tax before getting our salary or while buying something. They just know collecting tax.

Interesting. You pay taxes from you paychecks and on your purchases in the US too. Filing taxes will just balance things out to see if you still need to pay more or overpaid.
