Hive price... ummm..is this normal?

in LeoFinance2 years ago

When I am just drinking my normal cup of joe and starting my day... I sit down at my computer and browse through some crypto news... BTC still hanging there in the 22-23K range... ETH still hanging... and then all of a sudden I see this exact image (took a screenshot while my jaw is dropping) as you see below.

I am double and triple checking my eyes.... so I confirm it from multiple sources.

What da hell is going on guys????
Is this another one if those pump n dumps or is this for real??

Oh boy... the more I try to understand crypto.... the more I am dumbfounded. Absolutely amazing... Hope it can sustain a "72%+" jump... its time to "Set da Tone!!!!"

Sort:

Did you take photo also when it was come down ?? 🤭👌👌

No.... this type of event rarely happens to me when I am looking at the charts. Usually it happens when I am not looking or when I am asleep. hahahaha.

Normal .... I see all time big up move when I wake up :))

Lets really hope that it can stay that way this time~~~ Hive it up!!!!!~~~

Its every time there is a full moon in South Korea, they all go Hive crazy on Upbit!

Hahahahahahha~~ the moon effect~~~ lolz!

ha! ha! well said, and made me smiling wildly ;))))))
you deserve a little Hive !BEER for that

HIVE is miracle✌️

It really is~ How did you get to know Hive by the way? I am very curious how we all were introduced to this Hive community. As for myself, my techiest tech friend of mine introduced to me about it and after about an hour of telling me about the Hive platform... I was like "say whaaaaaa?" And dived right in~ :)

firstly, one of my online friend introduced me to another platform to write and later on, another friend introduced me to HIVE CN community, and then I started to write and about half a year ago, I found my sister writing on liketu.com, then I started writing through liketu.com to CN community, that was how I got to know HIVE related stuffs, lol, what a coincidence, HIVE is great!

BTW, have a good day!😀

Its a nice jump and for dip buyers it can be tempting to lock profits, but my hunch this time we are seeing a sustainable move and we could settle on a 3usd.

I just would want Hive to be growing slowly but surely~ :) Time like this I wish Hive HP can convert to Hive and power down faster but at the same time this way helps people like me to think about it again with some time.... to power down I think it took 13 weeks? or something like that. But yea~~ 3 USD would be great~ To da Moon!

Well in 2 days perspective looks like my optimism was not accurate. Btw you can power down your entire balance and cancel the power down after 1 week. This way you can liquidate 1/13 of the entire sum in a single week and keep your 12/13 HP.

Ooooo yea!! I see what you mean~ yea thats a lot simple to initiate. I haven't powered down yet to accumulate HP to share some optimism for the community but if I do~ then I will know what to do. :) thanks!

I am in the same boat with you! !BEER 😎

Ahhhhh more beer!!~~~ heheheh Thanks!!~~
Gulp Gulp!~~~ Ahhhhh.

Beeerrrr!!!~~~ Gulp Gulp!!~~~~ aahhhhhhhh!!

$ 0.5 to $0.8 has feared me because I thought when it was $0.3 , it could go to $ 0.00. 😂😂

I don't know how so quick hive make a move. A few days before the same scenario was for HBD.From $ 1 to $ 2.75

Thanks for sharing your thought.

The $0.30 could goto $0.00, that really reminds me of the time when Bitcoin went from 18K all-time-high to I think it was $3200 or something like that and I totally thought we were all doomed. Most people I know pulled out and said they going into stocks.... Good thing I held on to it. :)

I am glad I bought some at $0.34 😊

If ya bought right before the pump~ then you just won Jack Pot!!~ I had no idea Hive could do such moves. :)

Happens every few months.
Always nice to see it.
Sell the massive pump and buy back more in a weeks time.

I think that is the way to go~~~ save a little on the side for times like this. :)

Too bad I wasn't prepared for it... these are the moments in Hive that I wish to be awake. This kind of volatility is a great way to almost my Hive holdings.

Let's keep watch on the next one ;)

Indeed~ It does seem to be a burst of opportunities time to time. Just need to prepare for the next rainbow. :)

There will more of this… for sure 🤩

And we will be prepared~~~~ :)

I wrote a full article about the price of HIVE token over the past year, which is even more surprising, especially in comparison to the BITCOIN price. You can check it out here: Hive token price over the past year

Oooo nice!~ its always nice to see more articles related to Hive. Thanks!!!

the comment section in this post... I simply love reading what folks say here... probably the cover-picture worked as a bait... or sort of catalyst 🤑

I think a lot of us Hivers are early adapters in the crypto space and we all can relate to such events. I learned so much by doing it the totally opposite way... through trial and error... but mostly 99% error. hehehehehe.

The way I jumped in here without check the age of the post hehehe..
Better days ahead..

Hehehehe~ no problem. And I appreciate that~~~ Thanks. I tend to do the same as well. :)
