More information has been released and I guess there will be some consideration for smaller wallets, but it's really confusing how it is supposed to work.

ah okay, well I am glad smaller wallets will get the chance to get something.
As for the relaunch I shall be keeping well clear!

Understood and not a bad move, I see some exchanges are already swapping out the wallets.
