Yesterday (on 2025.08.05) I saw multiple requests of 200 Hive Power delegation for three weeks, offering 11.10% APR interest rate (a total payment of 1.758 SWAP.HIVE, 0.08371428 SWAP.HIVE per day) on the lease market of the Hive Engine.
This was the current best offer for Hive Power delegation, and so far, in terms of APR, currently this is my best Hive Power delegation on the lease market of the Hive Engine, and it is similar to my average curation APR, which is usually between 7% APR and 10% APR (currently it is 8.03% APR).
I decided to fill one of these Hive Power delegation requests.
Currently I delegate 200.013 Hive Power to @panosdada.
Currently I have 4757 Hive Power.
Currently I delegate 2125 Hive Power to four Hive accounts.
My plan is to regularly/consistently build Hive Power delegations for long term (for years, for decades).
Similarly to my Hive Power, and to my Hive Dollars (HBD) savings too.

After the Hive Power delegation expires, I have to manually undelegate the Hive Power delegation to the given Hive account.

I plan to build for the long term too. If I have up to 500Hp, I will delegate 300 to ecency. It has been on my mind for a long time. For now, my account is really struggling to move in terms of curation. But I believe gradually I will get there.

Today I will write a post about it.
So far this is my best Hive Power delegation on the lease market of the Hive Engine.
Both in APR and in duration (time) too.
Currently I have 4758.59 Hive Power, and currently I delegate 2815 Hive Power to four Hive accounts.
Nowadays I am not really curating.
I focus on building passive income for long term (for years, for decades), and I spend very little time online.
