The account already transferred the 2.80 SWAP.HIVE to he-lease for this delegation.

The Hive Power delegation requests on the lease market of the Hive Engine are smart contracts (the payments to the delegators are guaranteed and automated).

    Youtobe operates with quite large sums and sends most of what it earns to the mxchive account, which has over a million Hive? Something doesn't add up here.

    I do not know any of these Hive accounts.

    I only filled a Hive Power delegation request on the lease market of the Hive Engine, which was requested by the "youtobe" Hive account.
