It is worth noting that I was struck by this quote "What we achieve internally will change external reality - Plutarch", a topic that has to do with the internal part of the human being and personal development, which is very important within the human being to establish relationships with our family, friends, partner and ultimately with everyone around us, that is, everything we have inside is reflected outward and gives us an idea of ​​what the person is like.

Likewise, yesterday I was at a soccer field in the tournament my son is participating in, and by the way I'm supporting as a delegate, where I had to deliver some lists to the organizing committee of another tournament, but for indoor soccer. It turns out the forms weren't done correctly, they had to be modified, and one of the organizers was very arrogant, saying he only had two days to deliver them and because otherwise the boys would be left out.

This person's attitude struck me as overly arrogant, because they're interested in getting more teams to sign up because it generates more money, but it seems like they don't care. What I'm trying to say is that anyone who holds a position or responsibility must be cordial, reach out to reach agreements, and not offer negative solutions that harm others. Because they have some power or position, they can lash out at others. Humility is very important, as is good self-esteem for relating to the people around them.

With this experience, one can evaluate the kind of person they are according to their behavior in self-importance and in belittling others. I am one of those who think that humility is something we should have in order to put ourselves in other people's shoes and seek the solutions we have in any environment.
