It's worth noting that when we talk about resistance to change, we're talking about resisting something new that, in one way or another, can have an impact on any area—personal or professional—and that will have a lasting impact on everyone involved. For the most part, these changes may be for the better, but in other ways, instead of favoring us, they actually harm us all equally.
On a professional level, I have always been in favor of change. I remember a few years ago, at work, I was responsible for providing an Information and Communications Technology training session to the teachers in the municipality where I work. It turns out that these teachers felt obligated and did not agree to carry out this training session, but over time, they all felt compelled to do it for their professional development.
Later, a technology project called Canaima Educativo was launched for teachers. This project consisted of providing Canaima mini-laptops to students. Teachers were required to be proficient in technology. This meant that each teacher was required to use this educational resource for their students.
Likewise, when I was in high school, I always studied with my dark-skinned brother, but this changed. When we moved to fourth year, I ended up in one section and my brother in a different one. This affected us at first because we were always together, but later we adjusted to being apart. The head teacher did this because when it was our turn to go to university, we would each choose different paths, so that it wouldn't be traumatic for both of us.
Changes in our lives are necessary because these are learning experiences that teach us how to have those experiences and new experiences to then reflect and analyze those new changes and take from them the positive ones and discard the negative ones.In this way, we can continue our growth to become a better person, and if these changes are not recommended, then the idea is to make other decisions that will lead us to success.
I hope you liked it, see you in a next post.

As teachers we must be psychologically prepared to face the great changes in learning and teaching. Technology is advancing and if we resist it we will simply be left in the past. Good topic teacher.
Greetings friend, that's right, you have to be active with the new changes.
As you say my friend, changes are necessary, the important thing is to take the positive part of them for our growth. Great post, a pleasure to visit your post 🙌
