The Event that affects my way of being in my Country

Greetings friends of Hive and @weekendexperience, today I will once again participate in the initiative promoted by @galenkp, in which he presents several topics for us to choose one, express our experience and learn about those of other users within Hive.

It should be noted that for more than three years the purchasing power of public administration professionals has changed due to the low salaries that have been frozen by the government, receiving $3 every two weeks plus a bonus that has no impact on salary, despite this we are still in the classrooms hoping for a change, however they have removed a large number of active workers from the payroll and others who are unfairly disabled, without taking into account each of the cases and without giving a response.

This type of situation is quite delicate, because when they demand that we work five days a week, when our salary is not enough to buy anything, I am one of those who thinks that I obtained my position through a competition, I studied for more than five years and it is not a political position, that is to say, each professional prepared to have a profession and a decent salary, but it seems that they want to keep us like slaves, I think not even in the time of slavery, because slaves worked for food and we do not have enough to buy, for example.

It really doesn't make you want to go out to work. There's a lot of disappointment and discouragement among all workers. You can't protest because you run the risk of being arrested and they'll do anything to keep you detained. It's incredible that, given the Venezuelan economy's high inflation, market prices rise daily at a rate that's constantly rising, affecting the pockets of the most disadvantaged, like us workers.

This is an event that all Venezuelans experience daily. It had been a phase that we had overcome, but now the power outages affecting the entire country are even more severe. We must be patient and ask God for all this to pass and for us to overcome it as we Venezuelans have always resolved.

I hope you liked it, see you in a next post.

It must be so frustrating for workers there. What can you do? Government decisions impact the little people. It's unfair. I admire your strength and hope things change soon.

Greetings, thank you, God willing I will change for the better.

We share the same feelings but I, especially my teacher, will legally finish this July 25, God willing, and it saddens me to know that I could retire without receiving what I believe we should receive justly for all the service rendered to my country. Thanks to this alternative that Hive offers us, we are able to make up for the situation for the time being by being able to somehow supplement the low income we receive. I liked your reflection and I echo it. My regards and respect professor.

Greetings friend, thank God you're retiring now. The sad thing is that what they give us when we finish so much service is practically short. Better times will come. Happy Sunday.

This is a very powerful post. It’s sad to see how hard things are for workers in Venezuela. You studied hard and deserve respect and fair pay. I admire your strength and hope things change soon. Keep sharing your voice—people need to hear what’s really happening. Stay strong and safe.

Greetings friend, thanks for commenting, yes it is not an easy situation but we go ahead.
