Sometimes we tend to forget it, but nothing brings us more peace than connecting with nature...

How many times do we feel discouraged, bored or just plain tired during the Monday through Friday work week? Countless times. Not to mention, if we add to this being over 30 years old, adding responsibilities in terms of having a family, debts and having to dedicate time to other more relevant things? It all ends up being the same; stress that destroys our momentum, our passion and eliminates the vital character to naturally enjoy what happens to us in life.

Sometimes, I demand to send everything to hell, friends and girlfriends... Which does not make me an irresponsible woman, but a human being who needs to recharge. And no, I'm not talking about what we all normally do: sleep. Nothing like that. Last weekend, specifically Saturday, I went for the first time in my life to a beautiful park in my city. It's crazy, I know. What's worse is that I didn't know about this place until last week.... It's a place that everyone can see, but that I had never been able to visit.

It is important not to describe the place, which is wonderful, relentlessly vast, but above all, it is a mantra to find yourself. This community is called "Weekend Experience" and I intend to describe the second half of the name of this place that brings us all here: the experience of connecting with nature, of finding a wonderful peace and above all, of detaching myself from many of the things that consume our energy.

When I saw gigantic trees, far from making me feel bad and diminished, they reminded me of the importance of not forgetting how lucky we are to be alive. I loved the feeling of being tiny, small. And to be faced with how enormous it can be to have to run on a surface where wherever I looked I could not help but see the greening of the grass and the height of its lanky but beautiful trees brushing against the sunlight. God, I count it, and the more I want to go again.

But I don't want to lie to you guys, but I think I found it by complete chance (because I found this wonderful park, at the suggestion of a friend whom I appreciate, and my daughter and I went there to do some cardio and we ended up falling in love with that place) and I was positively impacted by this finding. These kinds of surprises are the treasures I love to find throughout my life. My thanks go there, to these moments. Where, although sometimes we forget, nothing gives me more peace than connecting with the magic that only nature can offer. Thanks for reading me guys, I appreciate you so much.

A gentleman, takes off his heavy factory boots to sit in the park to enjoy nature and the peace of connecting with nature.... There was not put, is a capture of reality. Same that influences me, my appreciation and my sense of happiness. P.S: The photographs have been taken by me.

Connecting with nature hits different. There is something in nature that really helps me more relax and feel at peace too. This is a nice reminder today that we should connect with nature this weekend, thank you for sharing! ♥️🤗

Sorry for readind this so late. I don't know why Ecency didn`t notice about it. But yes, friend nature is what everyone need, at least one in a lifetime. Thank you for stopping by.

Nature is our greatest ally and healer. I'd rather be in a forest soaking it all up or in the ocean than sleeping sometimes. Better yet, sleeping in a forest!

Healer, necessary and peaceful all in one placer. Thank you for your comment, I appreciate it.
