I love that you keep in contact with your friends from yesteryear. Some people move on and never look back, but, don't even realize that this was their life. My friends were my existence and my reason for fun. I have a couple friends I have literally known all my life and honestly, they know me before I was anybody but this skinny little blonde girl with pigtails.

So, you can make all the adult friends we want and they are cool.

But, the friends who knew you before being anything other than fun? Those are the best. They never stay the same, but, we have grown together and there is something special about it.
