Hola amigos, espero todos se encuentren bien al lado de sus seres queridos, esta es mi primera publicación en esta comunidad y me encuentro muy emocionada, me parece muy interesante poder contar con una comunidad que nos permita mostrar lo que hacemos durante el fin de semana hoy vengo a contarles lo que fue mi fin de semana pasado 26/03/22.

Planeamos un viaje con amigos a un sitio que ninguno de nosotros conocíamos, un lugar fuera de la ciudad, para ser exactos queda a 2 horas de viaje, salimos de Maturín ( Monagas-Venezuela) a las 7 de la mañana, 4 carros, 4 familias con destino a un pueblo llamado San Antonio de Capayacuar que está en el mismo estado, para llegar a este lugar debemos atravesar varios pueblos.

We planned a trip with friends to a place that none of us knew, a place outside the city, to be exact it is 2 hours away, we left Maturin (Monagas-Venezuela) at 7 in the morning, 4 cars, 4 families bound for a town called San Antonio de Capayacuar which is in the same state, to get to this place we must cross several villages.

Cuando llevábamos una hora de camino ya teníamos hambre, así que saque nuestro desayuno que fue arepas andinas y desayunamos mientras veíamos el lindo paisaje.

When we had been on the road for an hour we were already hungry, so we took out our breakfast, which was Andean arepas, and had breakfast while we watched the beautiful scenery.

Al llegar a San Antonio nos bajamos a tomar fotos, en este mural se puede observar la fecha de fundación del pueblo, un sacerdote con una cruz en la mano, personas del pueblo, el mapa del municipio Acosta y una gigante serpiente que da la impresión de que los quiere devorar.

Luego nos montamos de nuevo a los carros y aún faltaban unos 20 minutos para nuestro destino, al llegar estacionamos los carros y fuimos a explorar el lugar, en esta foto estoy con mi amiga sobre el puente que se encuentra en la entrada.

Then we got back in the cars and there were still about 20 minutes to our destination, when we arrived we parked the cars and went to explore the place, in this picture I am with my friend on the bridge at the entrance.

Nos instalamos en una churuata que alquilamos para dejar las cosas de la comida y allí se quedo mi comadre ya que tiene un bebe pequeño y no podían subir por la dificultad del camino, la suegra de ella se quedo también haciéndole compañía, mientras todos los demás comenzamos la aventura, parte del trayecto tiene caminarías estrechas y se hace fácil el recorrido.

We settled in a churuata that we rented to leave the food things and my mother-in-law stayed there since she has a small baby and they could not go up because of the difficulty of the road, her mother-in-law also stayed there to keep her company, while the rest of us started the adventure, part of the route has narrow paths and it is easy to walk.

Aquí estoy con mi amiga en uno de los cruces del río, el agua es realmente helada.

Otra foto, era muy divertido pasar por el río, sin embargo hay que tener precaución porque hay muchas piedras y por la corriente del mismo, eso hace que la travesía sea lenta.

Después de 40 minutos de recorrido llegamos a las puertas de Miraflores, se puede observar como se imponen las dos piedras que parecen paredes super altas, allí muchas personas escalan, realmente es impresionante son enormes, se ve muy bonito, esta foto la tomamos de manera vertical para que se pueda apreciar las rocas.

After 40 minutes of travel we arrived at the gates of Miraflores, you can see how the two stones that look like super high walls are imposed, there many people climb, it really is impressive are huge, it looks very nice, this photo was taken vertically so you can appreciate the rocks.

Seguimos un poco mas adelante y el camino es rocoso, les cuento que aquí pasé un susto porque casi me caigo, pero bueno hice equilibrio y logré mantenerme en pie.

We continue a little further and the road is rocky, I tell you that here I had a scare because I almost fell, but well I did balance and managed to stay on my feet.

Luego llegamos al final donde hay un pozo tipo piscina hondo, las niñas se bañaron un ratico ya que el agua estaba muy fría.

Then we reached the end where there is a deep pool, the girls bathed for a while because the water was very cold.

Nos devolvimos hasta la churuata y comenzamos a preparar la parrilla para almorzar.

We returned to the churuata and began to prepare the grill for lunch.
