Thanks for everything, because thanks are never enough!

Dear Ma and Pa,
I know that probably what I'm doing on this letter would be much better done verbally and, I promise to do it more often.
Gratitude is important in life, at least for me it is fundamental, I owe this also above all to you who have given me important principles.
You've always been honest people, in any situation, maybe it will seem something normal but, in the world we live in and especially in the stupid city that saw us born, it's not really like that; you never compromised keeping the straight path and setting my brother and me the example.
In my adolescence I didn't miss anything, but I can say that today I haven't missed anything in my life, this is because you taught me the value of things; I learned to enjoy and rejoice in small achievements and great results always observing your way of doing and being.
You have always supported and supported me by respecting my choices, this wasn't easy because as a boy I wasn't simple; definitely a little crazy and always cheerful and optimistic but also very complicated in character and, despite everything, you didn't give up on me for a moment and you did the same with my brother.

Even today that we have grown up you are always close to us, your presence is constant but never intrusive, you taught me to walk on my own legs and, now that you see me independent, now that you know that I can manage, you are serene; despite everything, however, from afar you observe that everything is going well, always ready to give me comfort if things don't go in the right direction.
In life I am proud of what I have achieved, I have experienced many difficulties, I have fallen and got up again and I have put all my strength into it, I could say that I have to thank myself for who I am... in my heart, however, I always feel the need to thank you because without your support I would be nothing, the person I am today is the result of so much advice from you, why not sometimes even scolding and sometimes words of comfort.
Today my beloved Reny and I have given birth to a beautiful family and, also for this, I say thank you; I've seen you stay together and love each other every day, maybe arguing once in a while but still overcoming difficulties together, coming against you and sometimes maybe even why not, putting up with each other; you have given me the sense of family and today I put into practice everything I stole from you (I also put a lot of mine into it, I admit it, but having had important role models like you, the best in my opinion, has helped a lot!).
I think I've written enough, even though the words to say thank you are never enough really.

I greet you with a kiss and a big "I love you", we don't say it often because it's not in our character, we love much more to demonstrate it with deeds, however it is also important to express ourselves with words because a "I love you" or a "thank you" are never too much!

A big hug!

Honestly after reading your content I understand we all owe out parent gratitude as a result of bringing us to life. Especially when we were young could do lot of stuffs but they still manage to tolerate us. Thanks for sharing

I fully agree with your thinking. Thanks to you for the comment, and for the time dedicated to me. A hug!

How lovely. It must have taken a lot to share this. Thank you.

Thank you for the comment and the time dedicated to me! Well saying thank you is important and sometimes you do it with everyone but not with the important people in our lives.
