PARTICIPATE IN AN ARTISTIC MEETING | A WEEKEND FULL OF ART

Some time ago I was invited to participate in an artistic event at the Galerías Ávila shopping center, in the city of Caracas, Venezuela; The event was organized by a tattoo shop called, AnaidTattoo to celebrate the store's anniversary. The interesting thing is that they organized an event that involved the entire shopping center to create a great experience for the public who attended 😁.

I was invited along with other young artists to be part of an artistic exhibition, we were all going to be distributed in various areas of the shopping center, while we did some artistic activity; For this occasion I decided to paint a small minimalist painting that I usually make and capture an anime scene 😋. When I arrived, they showed me the place where I was going to be and I quickly began to organize my work space 😁 so as not to waste time, since I am a little slow at painting 😅 the good thing is that I was with other fellow artists and I was not alone in some hallway of the shopping center as happened to others who attended 🙃.

The event lasted 2 days, Saturday and Sunday, that's why I had to draw quickly, normally a painting of this type takes me up to two weeks 😅, but it's because I get very distracted, I know I can do them faster; I did the base sketch in about 40 minutes, I chose a scene from the anime Ousama Ranking (very good anime, highly recommended) then I started mixing the colors to paint the small painting 🎨🖌️.

All participants brought part of their work to exhibit at the event, that was the objective of the meeting to expose our art to the public of the city of Caracas 😌; I took a tour around the shopping center to appreciate the work of all the fellow artists who attended the exhibition that weekend, I loved seeing all that potential in the art that exists in Venezuela 💪🏼.

Normally I usually give away the paintings I make to my friends and family who I think will value the time invested in those pieces, so for the exhibition I didn't have many pieces to display, I only took what I make for myself; some small paintings that I hang in my room and the small sculptures that I make with aluminum cans that take up space on my desk 😋 but many people approached and were fascinated with my small creations 😁.

On the top floor of the shopping center there was a cosplay exhibition in a fast food restaurant, I was on the third floor, but since that event was upstairs, many people were passing by, there were several people who stayed watching us there painting and approached to appreciate our work, that's why many liked my paintings and sculptures, because they were geeky fans who went to a small cosplay convention and when they saw my pieces they recognized the animes and came all excited 😁.

I loved being able to expose myself with that dynamic, that people saw me making my art live and direct 😁 I gained about 40 followers on Instagram that weekend, and they are all people who reside in the city of Caracas, that's great 😋.

Truly, the entire event was very good, very complete, full of a lot of art, in the central plaza of the shopping center there was a small platform and the entire meeting revolved around that place; The Children's Symphony Orchestra performed, we enjoyed very relaxing and captivating music 😌.

After the symphony, the resident tattoo artists of the host tattoo shop AnaidTattoo, took their works to the central plaza and began tattooing various human canvases in live exhibition mode, it was truly a very pleasant experience to be able to see these skilled artists. artists capturing their art on the skin 😁.

And while the tattoo artists were doing their creative work 🎨🖌️, several musical groups performed on the center stage that we enjoyed to death 🤟🏼 we were all super tired😪, "making art is not easy" 😅 to drain a little and relax the body we danced pure rock songs 🤟🏼😁, one of the members looked like the famous guitarist "Slash" from the band Guns N' Roses 🎸. They also introduced us to each of the artists, but I don't have photographs 🙃, and there was a "Pole dance" event, of which I have a video 👀, one of the members of the AnaidTattoo store practices that sport of Pole dance and invited his academy to present at the event; It really was a very interesting meeting, with entertainment for all audiences 😁.

The best of all is that I shared this wonderful experience with very nice people, with whom I live daily at the university, since most of us who were participating in the event were from UNEARTE 💪🏼😁, they have become my family at the university 😌.

I couldn't finish the work in those two days of the event, I'm a little slow at painting, apart from that when someone who was passing by approached me, I started talking to them to get to know them and that's how time passed 🙃, I will publish the piece soon completed and its elaboration process in some art community 🎨🖌️; This meeting was truly an unforgettable experience 😌 grateful that they invited me to participate in this artistic exhibition 💪🏼😁.
