Mixed feelings 💖🐰

Hi beautiful people of Hive, I haven't been here for a long time cause I didn't have a fun story for you until this weekend hahah

This weekend had many feelings I can start on Friday, In the morning we had to take my aunt to the airport as she was going to Spain to visit her children, it was quite sad to say goodbye to her. In spite of being a trip of only 3 months, it is the first time she goes on a trip for so long and to the other side of the world, on one side I am very happy for her because she had more than 5 years without seeing her children, so she was really excited, we cried a little when we left her at the airport because we are not going to be together at Christmas time.

At the airport there were many people, people from other countries and Venezuelans too, many people going on vacation and to live in other countries, migration in Venezuela has decreased a little but still many people are leaving and it is complicated for everyone.

Inside the airport it was mandatory to wear a mask because of the Covid issue, after my aunt checked in we went to have breakfast and a coffee with her and then we left her at the entrance to wait for her flight.

And here is my aunt showing her documents to be able to enter and wait for her plane, the truth is that I was a little sad because my aunt is like my second mom, I really share a lot with her and it makes me very nostalgic not being able to see her at Christmas which is such a nice time to be with my family.

After dropping my aunt off at the airport, we had to rush back to the house because was my niece's birthday, I cannot believe that she already is two years old, I feel so lucky to have her in my life, she's an amazing girl is very intelligent, funny and lovely girl, every day she learns something new and is amazing the capacity to answer that she has.

I cannot show you my niece cause my sister prefer the privacy cause she still been a child, but I can show you how my sister decorate the house for her.

She has two cakes, one of the was of chocolate and the other one was of fruits and vainilla this one was a chinesse cake cause her grandparent is chinesse, it was my first time eating a chinesse cake, it was really amazing, I can say that the cake is very different the texture and flavors are very differents.

My niece's gifts were clothes, bags and a small hospital where she can play, the sad part in the party was that she was the only child, she doesn't have many friends cause she doesn't go to the school and the neigbors don't have children either.

The party was amazing with our family and friends, we drank too much, until 4am, we talked too much, dancing and eat too.

One of my friends was very sad because she had broken up with her boyfriend so she drank a lot until she threw up, she had to stay at my house because she couldn't even walk because she was so sick (I don't recommend drinking with a broken heart).

And here we are lying down ready to sleep, see that it was already morning, we went to bed really bad from so much alcohol, thank goodness it was a children's party hahahah

The next day I had to go to work (thank god I work from home) so no one would notice that I was still sleeping hahahaha

The sad part of Saturday morning was the following, I really wanted to eat arepas with tuna, days before I had seen a can of tuna in the drawer and I said I was going to prepare it, so I got up and I made breakfast for my friend and me and when I went to grab the can it was EMPTY, don't ask me why my mom keeps an empty can of tuna in the drawer but I was so angry because I really wanted to eat arepas with tuna and I couldn't because of my mom, so I called her to tell her and all she could do was laugh because she thought I knew that the can was empty. That same morning before breakfast, the girl who does my nails arrived and that's why I now have black nails.

It was a good move of my mom to leave the empty can of tuna in the drawer hahaha now it will be my turn to make a joke but I still do not know what I can do, if anyone has an idea is welcome.

In the end we ended up having breakfast with arepa with egg and tomato (in Venezuela they call it perico) it is very delicious, after breakfast I had to sit down to work because yes, it was the weekend but I still had to deliver some things at work to be able to start the next week without accumulated work.

after work we rested on Saturday and on Sunday I decided to go for a walk with my boyfriend, which didn't go very well either, I have to add that mercury is retrograde in my sign until January so many things may not go well hahahahahahaha

We decided to go for a bike ride to the Jarillo, a mountainous area near our houses, there they sell strawberries with cream, hot chocolate and there is a nice view.

BUT, on the way the bike crashed, we don't know what happened because we had gas and everything, but it turned off and then it wouldn't start and we were there in the middle of the road, it felt like raining, it was getting cold and the bike wouldn't start.

after he checked the bike and we tried to start it over and over again, we had to push it up a hill to start it with momentum.

Going up the hill worked, the bike started and we did our ride, we ate some strawberries and cream and went back down to the house because it felt like raining and we didn't want to get wet.

I wanted to show you a bunny that my boyfriend has, it is his new pet, actually there are 3 rabbits, they are really adorable and they look so cute hopping around the yard of the house.
