Greetings, dear community and friends of Hive, this past weekend on Saturday November 23rd we were contacted by the “Puertas del llano Artistic Seedbed”, a group of young people led by Professor Leonardo Villalonga, Moises Rondon and Dayana Oliveros to ask us to collaborate in the technical assistance and subsequent production of an audiovisual material where young people through folk songs express their gratitude and Christmas message to all the inhabitants of Villa de Cura.

We had already had a previous conversation days before, but on Saturday 23rd was the departure to the different locations where the kids would be recorded singing and here I want to share with you in images a little of what the experience was like. Here we go.

The time was agreed to begin the recordings at 3:00 pm on Saturday and we started at the entrance of the city where there are some very well decorated spaces with plants and the name of the city offering the welcome to the tourists that visit us from the north side of the municipality. The sun was shining and in that place the young people participated in 4 verses of the song in the middle of the highway and a cityscape under a beautiful blue sky.

A truck three fifty and a pick up truck served as transportation for more than 25 people between young people and representatives who accompanied us throughout the tour of the various tourist attractions of the city among which we can mention the Miranda square of the city, the cathedral San Luis Rey, the Ernesto “old” Torres horse riding maga of the Mercedes Parish among others.

Between laughter and a little tiredness the night went on because it was a marathon experience to culminate with a meal toasted by the first municipal authority, Mayor Anahis Palacios, who at the request of one of the young artists to suggest a snack to his colleagues, ended up accepting with pleasure and then sending a hamburger for all of them.
