Awesome... looks a little too low-level for me currently... but threading is for sure useful and I'm using it in a python app that uses very little resources if not threaded.

C/C++ is a low-level language for sure, but the parallelism that OpenMP offers is much higher-level than using a library like POSIX-Threads were you have to do all the parallelism by yourself.
