so I bought a good old Nokia and I only use the smart phone as a camera and when I feel like connecting, and that only when I am home.
when I am out and about, most time my phone sits in a zipper in my backpack and I only look at it at the end of the day.
they are good as tools and should be treated like tools. used when needed.
