Mistplay Report - $100 Amazon Giftcard aquired! - A Quick Guide.

Just over two months ago I started tinkering with Mistplay as I had been seeing ads for it for years and my curiosity got the best of me.

For those who may not know, Mistplay describes itself as:

As I am a degenerate gamer who enjoys shitty phone games in-spite of myself I figured, if I can get paid for this hobby, I should!

What I found in Mistplay is just what it was described as. It's a program that prompts you to try a variety of different games, earn points while playing them, and cash the points in for gift cards. This is a fine claim but, does it work, I decided to give it a try.

Ok so it's two months later (72 days to be exact) and, as you can see, my next quest will reward me with enough points to cash in for a $100 gift card. Not bad! I honestly have not been gaming much more than normal. So, this is a nice little bonus.

Over the course of my time with Mistplay I found that I really like a few games and will likely keep playing those just for the fun of it. I spent way more time than I'd like to admit playing Mech Arena and raining rockets down on all those who dare to stand against me. With each victory I completed quests and stacked credits.

Here is a key piece of advice you're going to need: For success in Mistplay you want to build WIDE not TALL.

The time it takes to complete levels 1-4 in a game is roughly equal to the time it takes to reach level 5 from level 4. This means that, if you spread your net wide, you can play a lot of games and earn a ton of points in no time. The amount of points you earn depends on how promoted the game is. In the top picture you'll see Marvel Strike Force is 'Boosted 1.8x'. What this roughly means is you'd be crazy to not try this game as it's rewards for each level are massive.

Each day you also get some daily quests to complete. Some of these are trying to trick you into spending money for points but REMEMBER! Our strategy here is turning points into money! Don't be fooled!
