Hi HODLers and Heroes,
If you play Gods Unchained, you probably know that they updated the Weekend ranked event from 25 games to 18 games.
I have to say I am very happy with that as I felt 25 games were just too many! It was taking hours and most of the time, I did not really want to play the last 10 games but I did it to get the rewards.
This 18 games was quite enjoyable and funnily enough, I got better results than usual!
My performance!
I started the event from Ethereal Diamond.
I got a few Core packs which might help me to get the Core Cards I am still missing.
In addition I earned 1 Rare, Epic and Legendary Morta Judgment packs!
Gods Unchained is gonna thrive!
I know CryptoMarkets are down! I know prices of you GU cards went down.
On my side, luckily enough, I have been able to make some profit shorting the market and I intend to buy all the cards I could never afford before!
Mostly:
- Demogorgon
- Missile Launcher (I play War a lot)
I feel these 2 cards are probably the most important to be competitive at Mythic Ranks.

Demo is also out of the reach of most new comers. So that card being mandatory is sort of a bad look.
It is not mandatory at all! I beat plenty of players with 2 Demogorgon. But there are some decks that I cannot optimize without it. I feel the game is pretty well balanced tbh.
There are many cheaper cards that can replace demo. Not 100% but pretty close.
