Starting out is tough. Also hard to give advice, because I don't know what cards you have. For your war deck, you definitely need to lower your mana curve. I'd cut every card over 5 mana. None of them are game winners. Instead, they are used to stall the game to get to even-higher-mana game winners. If you aren't running those (and you shouldn't), then drop those stall cards. 2x as many of your 1-5 mana cards as you can. Especially tavern brawler and axewoman. If you have Blade of Styx, toss in 2x. I'd also drop call to arms. It's just going to be too slow as you move up the ranks.
