Hey guys!
This month we will get a new set called "Mortal Judgement". With the new set new Keywords will also be released. I will explain them for you:
Echo:
"This keyword calls a new creature to your hand, one linked to the card you just played. Cards called by Echo have 1 mana, 1 health, and 1 strength. It could be just enough to turn the tide of a game."
In this example when you play "Academy Apprentice" with "Spell boost +1" you'll get an 1 Mana 1/1 Creature with "Soulless" and also "Spell boost +1" called "Academy Adept".
Empower:
"This keyword gives you the option to play your card as it appears, or as a stronger ‘empowered’ version. Empowered cards require more mana to play, but can prove devastating for your opponent."
Here you can play a 2/2 "Lykaios Postulant" for 1 Mana or a 3/3 "Lykaios Postulant" for 1 Mana + "Empower 2" = 3 Mana.
Tempt Fate:
"This keyword is for the risk-takers out there, providing a comfortable buff, or a chance at more. The only problem? If fate isn’t on your side, you’re left with nothing."
So you can get a "Lupine Wayfarer" with an additional guaranteed buff like "Ward". Or you can gamble and bet your buff for a possible second buff like "Twin Strike". A coinflip will decide if your "Lupine Wayfarer" will get for example "Ward" AND "Twinstrike" or no buff.
