Hello #hive community . i want to start the week with a personal challenge and this is something i usually do every year and that is to draw as many fairies as possible and some magical creatures .
For this kind of pieces I usually do a process similar to a still life, I take several reference images until I get something I like, for this one I took a little bit naughty pose and a plant to give dimension to the size that fairies have for me.
The composition work seems to me the most fun of the process, now with the colouring, I must admit I was a bit frustrated, but I was able to pull it off with very basic colours, for the next ones I'll use a bit more daring tones and more unusual designs.
