The red mark

Hola a todos. El rojo es un color que me gusta, pero no es mi favorito, sin embargo, no lo uso demasiado como protagonista principal en mis dibujos, me di cuenta que realizo muchos dibujos con tonalidades rojizas en la piel, pero muy pocas las veces que lo hago mi color principal, esta vez quise hacer esto y agregar un nuevo dibujo en tonalidades rojas a mi portfolio, tambien quise dibujar unas mariposas rojas brillantes, espero que les guste.

Hello everyone.
Red is a color that I like, but it is not my favorite, however, I don't use it too much as the main protagonist in my drawings, I realized that I make many drawings with reddish tones in the skin, but very few times I make it my main color, this time I wanted to do this and add a new drawing in red tones to my portfolio, I also wanted to draw some bright red butterflies, I hope you like it.

Proceso/Process

Realice mi boceto y elegí los colores de la piel, son tonalidades rosas oscuras y algunas rojizas, fue un poco incomodo trabajar con estos colores porque me recordaban al color de las salchichas jajaja no tenia mucha fe en este dibujo, continue agregando una nueva capa donde coloque mas colores para darle mejor forma a toda la piel, para el cabello utilice un marrón oscuro, luego comencé a mezclar los colores de la piel hasta dejar una textura un poco mas suave.

I made my sketch and chose the colors of the skin, they are dark pink tones and some reddish, it was a little uncomfortable to work with these colors because they reminded me of the color of the sausages hahaha I did not have much faith in this drawing, I continued adding a new layer where I put more colors to give better shape to all the skin, for the hair I used a dark brown, then I began to mix the colors of the skin to leave a texture a little smoother.

Para darle mejor forma al cabello pinte con un marrón claro muy suave algunos reflejos de luz, se me ocurrió añadir unas mariposas rojas cubriendo el rostro y realice la silueta con tonalidades rojas oscuro, tambien quise añadir un fondo rojo vibrante. Después añadí algunas luces para resaltar las mariposas y ciertas partes del rostro, finalice realizando un ajuste de color donde modifique la saturación, el contraste y la exposición.

To give better shape to the hair I painted with a very soft light brown some light reflections, I thought of adding some red butterflies covering the face and made the silhouette with dark red tones, I also wanted to add a vibrant red background. Then I added some lights to highlight the butterflies and certain parts of the face, I finished with a color adjustment where I modified the saturation, contrast and exposure.
