I found this picture below which I used here as reference in pinterest. I liked the overall colour contrast of the frame. I wanted to try sketching. So I did.

I made the basic sketching very quick with my black pen in the paper. I usually don't use any grids or hacks on this part.
Started the painting from the background. Instead of going with different layers on the total scene, I went with each portions.
Started the final part of the whole process. Used more darker tones to create shadows and edges.
