This afternoon I was working on this illustration, yesterday I was browsing pinterest and when I saw this photo I was captivated in a certain way. The pose, the way she looks down, her hair loosened by the wind... It's as if it were a feeling of overcoming, of seeing a little bit of how you were before and how you are now, it's a special illustration, each I usually do one to talk a little about my thoughts.

Que pasa gente, como estan? sean bienvenidos a un nuevo post! esta tarde estuve trabajando en esta ilustración, ayer estaba paseando por pinterest y cuando vi esta foto me quede cautivado de cierta forma. La pose, la forma en la que mira hacia abajo, su cabello suelto por el viento... Es como si fuera un sentimiento de superación, de ver un poquito de como eras antes y el como eres ahora, es una ilustración especial, cada tanto suelo hacer una para hablar un poquito de mis pensamientos.

As always, once I have the sketch ready, I begin to work on the skin, a base color and then begin to place highlights and shadows, in specific areas of the face to give volume and depth, I loved doing it in grayscale, I had time without making one like this, the skin was relatively tricky, also try to keep the same paint texture on the face finish.

Como siempre una vez tengo listo el boceto comienzo a trabajar en la piel, un color base para luego comenzar a colocar brillos y sombras, en las zonas especificas del rosto para dar volumen y profundidad, me encanto hacerlo en escala de grises, tenia tiempo sin hacer uno así, la piel fue relativamente complicada, también trate de mantener la misma textura de pintura en el acabado del rostro.

Then I started working on the hair, it looks simple, kind of easy to do and in a way it is, color wise, but detail wise it was extremely time consuming to do all this level of detail, lots of loose and fine strands , I tried different textures in Krita and sai until I got it, I tried to get that effect or to give the feeling that I was actually in the air.

Luego comencé a trabajar en el cabello, se ve simple, como fácil de hacer y de cierta forma si lo es, en cuanto a colores, pero en cuando a detalle fue extremadamente tardado de hacer todo este nivel de detalle, muchos mechones sueltos y finos, probé diferentes texturas en Krita y sai hasta que lo conseguí, trate de conseguir ese efecto o que diera la sensación de que efectivamente estaba en el aire.

Also when I saw the image I thought it was an angel, this idea also complemented perfectly with the background that I wanted to give it, so I made some small wings that cover part of its body, the background is also a sky, in a certain way very catastrophic, as if it were the eye of a hurricane or an electrical storm and still, despite the fact that its surroundings are a mess. She or he is able to maintain calm and tranquility, all reflected in her cold gaze.

También cuando vi la imagen pensé que era un ángel dicha idea también se complementaba perfectamente con el trasfondo que le quería dar, así que hice unas pequeñas alas que cobren parte de su cuerpo, el fondo también es un cielo, de cierta forma muy catastrófico, como si fuera el ojo de un huracán o de una tormenta eléctrica y aun así, a pesar de que su entorno sea un desastre. ella o el es capaz de mantener la calma y tranquilidad, todo reflejado en su fría mirada.
