in Sketchbook2 years ago (edited)

Greetings Hiver Friends, How are doing? Welcome to my art journal! Today I painted a landscape with coffee as a medium. If you know the techniques of water colour, coffee painting is just similar.

Materials Needed:
👉 Acrylic Pad Paper
👉 Pencil and eraser
👉 Coffee Powder
👉 2 small cup ( lighter and darker shade of coffee)
👉 Ruler
👉 Clean Water
👉 Paper napkin

Brushes:
👉 Flat Brush /small #10, 10/32 / 8.0mm
👉 Liner Brush #2 / 2/32" / 1.6mm
👉 Round Brush #8 / 5/32" / 4.0mm
👉 Filbert Brush

Basic Procedure:
• First thing I did I made an sketch of your painting reference.
• Paint using lighter shade of the background
• For the middle ground, create those distance object.
• Paint the first layer of the trees and leaves,
once the first layer is completely dry, basically you can proceed to paint with a darker shade of coffee.
• Sometimes I use acrylic white to create lights and some highlights like waterlines or water reflection.

That's all for today, I hope I give you some inspiration through this simple art using unique style of painting. Thank you for stopping by and God bless hiver friends. Happy Painting!😀
