American movie star Jessica Chastain arrived in Kyiv on Sunday, where she visited a children's hospital.
The actress visited the largest children's hospital in Ukraine "Ochmatdet". There she was told about the work of the institution during martial law and was presented with gifts from children.
Chastain visited children from Kherson in the south and Chernigov in the north of the country being treated at the hospital. The actress is also going to visit the city of Irpen, destroyed by Russian troops, where she will meet with President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky and head of the presidential administration Andriy Yermak. He will spend one day in Ukraine.
