A new portrait of Harpo, a beautiful cat of my friend (oil on paper)

An happy Sunday to you all! I hope you are spending this day in a nice (or relaxed) way. Abou me, I can say I'm spending my Sunday in the best way, cause finally I have enough time to work on my artworks. ^_^

This morning I woke up not so soon as I use to do, but I enjoyed more time under my warm, cozy blankets. A good cup of hot coffee, some cookies to have enoug energy and I started to work on my small table close to the window.

The subject of the painting I finished in the morning is Harpo, one of the beautiful cats of my friend Elena. Along the time I painted a lot of portrtaits inspired by him, cause he has a funny spot on his head that looks similar to an hair style.

Isn't he a nice furbaby? I like so much to paint Harpo with big (very big) eyes, it makes my heart happy. ^_^
It's an oil painting on 200 gsm paper in A4 size and, like I use to do, I took some pics while I was painted this piece so you can see the process:

As soon as possible I'll add this new artwork to my Artfinder shop (link at the bottom), hoping it will find a new home. In the meantime I'm working on anoter new artwork, so stay tuned to see the final result of the new one.
