I'm glad to be back on this blog, it's been a while since I took the time to create some art and here I am to share with you my new works.

En primer lugar, hice un boceto rápido y feo de una foto que encontré en pinterest. No me interesaban mucho los detalles así que lo hice rustico para colorear en la aplicación.
First, I made a quick, ugly sketch from a photo I found on pinterest. I wasn't really interested in the details so I made it rustic to color in the app.
Puse el boceto en modo multiplicar en Ibis Paint y coloqué los colores según mi propio criterio. Sean pacientes, se verá mejor al final, lo prometo XD.
I put the sketch in multiply mode in Ibis Paint and placed the colors according to my own criteria. Be patient, it will look better in the end, I promise XD.
En la foto original había mucha vegetación en el fondo, pero no quería saturar la ilustración, sólo decidí hacer una insinuación de lo que hay detrás con un pincel de textura.
In the original photo there was a lot of vegetation in the background, but I didn't want to clutter the illustration, I just decided to make a hint of what's behind it with a texture brush.
El sombreado es una de mis partes favoritas porque aquí es donde empiezo a sentir que una ilustración está funcionando. Al desactivar el boceto, definitivamente ya se puede apreciar la escancia de lo que quería plasmar en el dibujo.
Ahora, ¡a los detalles!
Shading is one of my favorite parts because this is where I start to feel like an illustration is working. By deactivating the sketch, you can definitely see the essence of what I wanted to capture in the drawing.
Now, onto the details!
Y este es el resultado una vez completado el trabajo de linea y detalles. ¡Me encantó! Estoy probando nuevas técnicas y esta ilustración me ayudo a salir un poco de mi zona de confort.
And this is the result once the line and detail work is completed. I loved! I'm trying new techniques and this illustration helped me get out of my comfort zone a little.
