Creativity Begins with Awareness

I’m making a journal entry here to demonstrate how I ease the mind and get the fingers moving when writing and posting needs doing. I start with becoming aware of what I am feeling.

What do I notice?
I feel an urgency about the posting project in my body. It’s a tightness and my breathing is shallow.

What might that really be about?
I bet my nervousness is a reaction to how I have felt during past projects, like I was unsafe, and had to perform to get to safety.

What do I want?
Therefore, I want my physical response about the project to become accurate to the time, space, and scope of this project. Make no mistake, unless something changes in the here and now, there is no tiger chasing me! I am simply putting together an interesting little post, which I am doing with together with a group of friends, those either part of CWH or Dreemport or both. It's really a group project, just with a clear outline of my personal part of the challenge.

How do I want to show up?
I want to show up as a learner who's having fun, not the one who sucks the fun out of it for myself and those around me. I want to be the one who finds easy, fun ways to exercise creativity and shares how I do it.

What can I do in a flash that would make me smile and show I am capable of creating happiness for myself and others? I could give Open AI's DALL•E a one sentence description of how I see myself, ADHD and all, getting my ideas out of my head and onto to paper so that I can work to make something new.
