Hola comunidad de Hive, en este post les mostraré un mandala que le pertenece al libro Animal Kingdom De Millie Marotta´s, este es un libro donde la gente puede pintar los mandalas para fines de relajación y al mismo tiempo fomentar la creatividad por medio del uso imaginativo de los colores que se desean utilizar para llenar al mandala en cuestión.
Hello Hive community, in this post I will show you a mandala that belongs to Millie Marotta's book Animal Kingdom, this is a book where people can paint mandalas for relaxation purposes and at the same time encourage creativity through the imaginative use of the colors you want to use to fill the mandala in question.
Este libro lo obtuve en enero del 2021 por un regalo de mi tía.
I got this book in January 2021 as a gift from my aunt.
Este fue mi primer mandala que llegue a pintar, en un principio no me interesaba, pero con el tiempo me ayudo a lidiar mucho mejor el estrés durante el confinamiento en los principios de la cuarentena del COVID-19, además junto con eso en este blog voy a expresar lo que sentí mientras pintaba y mi opinión. Aclaro que este mandala pertenece al libro anteriormente mencionado y ya viene dibujado.
This was my first mandala that I got to paint, at first I was not interested, but over time it helped me to deal much better with the stress during the confinement in the beginning of the quarantine of COVID-19, also along with that in this blog I will express what I felt while painting and my opinion. I clarify that this mandala belongs to the aforementioned book and is already drawn.
Para este post solo publicaré un mandala de un liebre, si veo que les gusta mostraré muchos más mandalas del mismo libro y de otros que tengo para mostrar, a su vez buscaré otros libros de relajación y de zen para pintar o mostrarlos en la comunidad de Hive.
For this post I will only publish a mandala of a hare, if I see that you like it I will show many more mandalas from the same book and others that I have to show, in turn I will look for other books of relaxation and zen to paint or show them in the Hive community.
El mandala elegido hoy es el de una liebre saltando cerca de unas plantas y flores, recuerdo que cuando lo vi por primera vez no me sentía muy seguro de como pintarlo hasta que recordé el consejo de alguien quien pinta muchos mandalas, el consejo fue que dejara fluir mi imaginación y que no la limite por el miedo de no hacerlo bien.
The mandala chosen today is a hare jumping near some plants and flowers, I remember that when I saw it for the first time I was not sure how to paint it until I remembered the advice of someone who paints many mandalas, the advice was to let my imagination flow and not limit it for fear of not doing it right.
Cuando agarré los colores y empece a pintar sentía esa sensación de no saber que colores elegir y el cómo combinarlos, el punto donde me sentí más relajado fue como después de los primeros 10 minutos.
When I grabbed the colors and started painting I felt that feeling of not knowing what colors to choose and how to combine them, the point where I felt more relaxed was after the first 10 minutes.
Al trascurrir 20 minutos me sentía más determinado a continuar con los colores, en un comienzo decidí empezar con l¡el color verde y dos variaciones que tenía como lo son verde pasto y verde oliva, más adelante metí otros colores que llegue a ver en otras flores y plantas.
After 20 minutes I felt more determined to continue with the colors, at first I decided to start with the green color and two variations that I had such as grass green and olive green, later I added other colors that I saw in other flowers and plants.
Unos minutos después ya estaba empezado a combinar los colores para ver como quedaba el resultado, eso se notó mucho más en el conejo y en algunas plantas del entorno, las cuales se ven de una forma muy creativa.
A few minutes later I was already starting to combine the colors to see how the result looked like, this was most noticeable in the rabbit and in some of the surrounding plants, which look very creative.
Ya para el final, intente añadir un detalle tipo cielo en la imagen, pero no se nota mucho por un detalle de la cámara y aparte de eso a la hora y media después había terminado con el mandala, realmente me sentí mucho más relajado y tranquilo con la realización del mandala y para mí significa aparte de un inicio, también simboliza un salto de fe con este proyecto.
By the end, I tried to add a sky type detail in the image, but it is not very noticeable because of a detail of the camera and apart from that an hour and a half later I had finished with the mandala, I really felt much more relaxed and calm with the realization of the mandala and for me, it means apart from a start, it also symbolizes a leap of faith with this project.

Creo que, este tipo de contenido podría encajar allí, ya que esencialmente también estás revisando el libro. También hay comunidades de arte, pero la lectura a través de, sin duda encaja en la comunidad de libros como quién sabe, otros querría conseguir este libro también!

I think this sort of content could fit there as essentially you are also reviewing the book. There's also art communities as well but reading through, definitely fit into book community as who knows, other would want to get this book too!
