If you mean under post rewards it is indeed correct, onboarded accounts have been earning quite decently since we can trust they're genuine compared to voting on new accounts where we can't be sure yet if real or attempts at ID theft, etc.

Yea i mean under post reward, I read it like "average hp earned on each post", maybe I'm misreading it because I never seen a post with 4000hp as reward 😅
I can see the confusion, that was my first reaction as well - average author rewards 🙃

Out of the 681 accounts created that year, their average post rewards have been 4711 HP. Note that some from 2022 are still active hence that avg HP is the highest compared to the other years.
