Hola soy Ángel Cortez, tengo casi 18 años de edad, estudió 5to año de bachillerato, no tengo vicios entreno calistenia desde hace 6 meses 5 días a la semana.
Hi, I'm Angel Cortez, I'm almost 18 years old, I studied 5th year of high school, I have no vices, I've been training calisthenics for 6 months 5 days a week.

Mis objetivos con la calistenia es aprender trucos y estáticos y dinámicos q no busco mejorar mi físico busco aprender para inspirar a más chamos de mi edad a q practiquen este deporte tan hermoso y ayudarlos a salir de cualquier cosa en la q no debería inspirar a más personas es algo maravilloso porque ven esa parte de la vida q no es tal difícil pero realmente quiero inspirar disciplina orden y la humildad y q nadie es más q los demás todos somos iguales q todo no será tan fácil si es verdad pero sabes nada es fácil porque si todo fuera fácil no se llamará vida solo son cosas q se aprende con disciplina y si ustedes quiere algo usted lo puede lograr cuando uno hace cosas difíciles después q uno las aprende se vuelven no tan difíciles eso es lo q yo quiero con la calistenia quiero crecer dando buena disciplina ayudando a los demás por la vida es una y mientras yo puede enseñar y ayudar a los demás lo haré.
My goals with calisthenics is to learn tricks and static and dynamic q I am not looking to improve my physique I am looking to learn to inspire more kids my age to q practice this beautiful sport and help them to get out of anything in which I should not inspire more people is something wonderful because they see that part of life q is not so difficult but I really want to inspire discipline order and humility and q no one is more than the others we are all the same I really want to inspire discipline and order and humility and that no one is more than anyone else we are all equal and that everything will not be so easy yes it is true but you know nothing is easy because if everything was easy it would not be called life it is just things that you learn with discipline and if you want something you can achieve it when you do difficult things after you learn them they become not so difficult that is what I want with calisthenics I want to grow giving good discipline helping others because life is one and as long as I can teach and help others I will do it.

 Con la calistenia busco mejorar y ayudar a los demás me gustaría participar en eventos para demostrar mis y mi habilidades y mi progreso con mi deporte esporo ser una persona conocido en mi país aunque los deportes en Venezuela el deporte no vale de mucho perero no espero voy a lograr ser reconocido en mi país a parte de mi deporte juego futbol beisbol me gusta trotar en las mañana de 6 am a 7 am una hora porque quiero entrar a la comunidad de hive me gustaría inspirar a las personas de mi edad a mis amigos, familia, y conocidos del liceo, yo estoy dispuesto y ayudar a quienes quieran progresar no les digo que todo va hacer fácil porque nada en esta vida es fácil pero el q quiere puedes agradezco a Manuel Ramos por la oportunidad que me está prestando muchas gracias.
With calisthenics I am looking to improve and help others I would like to participate in events to show my skills and my progress with my sport I hope to be a person known in my country although sports in Venezuela is not worth much but I do not expect I will achieve to be recognized in my country apart from my sport I play football baseball I like to jog in the morning from 6 am to 7 am an hour because I want to enter the community of hive I would like to inspire people of my age to my friends, family, and acquaintances of the high school, I am willing to help those who want to progress I am not saying everything will be easy because nothing in this life is easy but q want you can, I am willing to help those who want to progress, I am not saying that everything will be easy because nothing in this life is easy, but if you want to, you can.
