Mothers are true friends, the friend that would not abandon us during difficult times. They will not forsake us when we are facing setbacks in our life, careers, relationships etc. When our friends leave us because things seems not to be going right, mothers stay with us and giving us ray of hope. Mothers make us feel loved, hold on to us in the midst of the storm of the world.

Mothers make a choice to always put the needs of their children first at all times. They put the happiness and well-being of their children and loved ones ahead of their own. Mothers would give out the last food in the house to the children to eat and sleep hungry, she sells her wrappers to feed and clothe her children. The love of a mother to her child cannot be compared to anything in this world. Take for example how a dog cares and protects for her puppy or how a chicken shields her chick always against the attack of an hawk, that's how much the love of a mother is to her children.

I will conclude this post with the words of Gaspard Mermillod who says "A mother is she who can take the place of all others but whose place no one else can take."
