The problem is how to get in touch with everyone on the block chain at once.
Building relationships takes time in the real world and here too. We can talk about the importance of engagement but if people resit, for whatever reason, we can't make them do it. Lead by example is my strategy, and support the ones who show effort.
It's true. But personally I prefer talking to people. Not just sit down and squander a whole day chatting but at least once in a while engage with them to let them know you're still around.
I won't in anyway force anyone to talk to anybody. I can only suggest it's up to you to do so.
Yes, everyone just wants to see a reward huh? Some monetary and others find value in other things. People will be rewarded commensurate to their effort though, there's no free rides.
That's just it. You wouldn't blame them for wanting monetary rewards. What I would blame them is if they sit doing nothing and expect rewards.

It's not possible and can never be.
Put in an effort to get to interact with people one day, you interaction will make you go places and your network becomes vast.
Those I'll invite hoping they'll come have been here a few months before me, others after.
I had to practically force some to join a community at Discord at least.
Now they've joined they're enjoying a little exposure and interaction with other hivers and now they're happy.
