Hi everyone, I am glad to be back here and I have something amazing to share. Finishing my Secondary School, I immediately decided to go learn decoration and fair enough today I'm gaining from it.

I had admission recently but the institution I applied for is on an indefinite strike and that makes everything to be put on hold till further notice. So, I've decided to use this medium and time to work and save money for myself.

This few days has been so hectic for me. I and my team went on a work decor at Ibiono Ibom in Akwa Ibom state Nigeria, actually we were to decorate a venue for a funeral ceremony.

I can vividly remember the last time I went to decorate, after the whole work, oh God I was so broken and damn tired.

Decoration is the act of adorning, embellishing and adding to beautify. It also has to do with being creative and active. I really do enjoy working as a decorator.

With the wisdom, the creator of man has embedded in man, ways of producing materials that are essential for the great and perfect creativity that man has. And now man is previlleged to explore through creativity and the gifting of nature and also contribute to the world at large.

In a short and simple word, I was given the opportunity last week to explore my creativity by decorating. we decorated the family house of Late Mrs. Lucille Leo at Ibiono local Government Area. Also, we (I and my team) decorated a venue for a funeral ceremony too at Akabuka town in Rivers State.

It was really fun and great, we shared ideas and we saw from each other perspectives and contributions.

I really have so much to tell about Akabuka Town in Rivers State, first thing I noticed was the constant light , by that I mean, there was light 24 hours, each seconds, minutes, hours and days I spent there was so unique and they also have their own ways of doing things, like their language, dishes they make and lots more, since I didn't really have time to do my research about it, cause I went there for work so the little time I had to go out was going out to have something to eat and back to work.

Akabuka people are very nice and are welcoming, you needed to see the way they welcomed us, they ensured that we were felt at home and was comfortable. But there was one thing I heard about that area, and that is there was a high rate of abduction, infact we were told that someone was just abducted recently which means once it is night, people don't really hang out at night except the vigilante and some area boys.

This was something I never liked about Akabuka Town in particular, but it is still a nice place and will be completely, if the kidnapping Will be no more and people will be more responsible and careful which will result to peace and oneness.

About Our work at **Ekimbuk Town in Ibiono local Government Area, ** I also observed something which was the bad road, there was no light and any provision shop, at first I wondered how people could survive in such place, not even a well treated water but yet poeple still survive and live there, and they seem to be okay with their condition despite the terrifying situation. I must bet that their health condition is at stake.

At times, it is good to travel around and see things for your own self. Within the short time I spent in those places, I realized that there are things that we enjoy, while other people are in want for it, and there are things that we need while other people are having them in excess.

And that's the world for you, all we need to do is try to adjust and fit in the part we find ourselves.
I really do enjoy my job and I'm gaining from it as time goes on.
