MY INTRODUCTORY POST TO THE HIVE COMMUNITY

WHO AM I?
My name is Lawrence Xavier Okon, aka DeLaw, an embodiment of music creativity.
A graduate of History and International Studies from the prestigious University of Uyo, Akwa Ibom State.

An experienced music composer and trainer especially Church music and African folk music. A full-time craftsman in the production of African music instruments and now advancing in tools and machines manufacturing for efficiency in the productions stated above. I aim at the reawakening and preservation of African depreciating identity in the entertainment world.

WHY AM I HERE?
The ONE who upholds the vast heavens with invisible pillars has so endowed his creatures (humans) with lots of gifts, ideas and intellectual capacity in different areas of endeavour and existence. Therefore, I am on this platform to share and learn, and make our world a better place.

WHAT ARE MY SKILLS?
I am a good listener and a passionate human capacity builder experienced in Human Relations. I have worked in schools private/ public, primary and secondary as a teacher in the class and trainer in some socio-cultural departments. With pleasure therefore, I seek to share my concept to the world through this platform.

WHEN AND WHERE DID I HEAR OF CRYPTOCURRENCY?
I first heard of cryptocurrency at a conference organized in my state back in 2019. It was an interesting
event. I wish I joined then.

WHO INTRODUCED ME TO HIVE?
I was introduced by my friend who has been on a platform like this formerly called "steemit" since 2019. From the time steemians moved to Hive, he gladly moved as well. He goes by the name @willspatrick.

WHAT ARE MY EXPECTATIONS?
From what I see, the Hive Blockchain is a platform one can earn cryptocurrency from what he/she loves. I will be posting blog posts and videos on how I make these instruments and how they're used in different genre of music. Kindly follow me to see my contents.
