Let's be friends, I am Luana

in OCD11 months ago

I'm Luana, I'm 35. I'm still trying to find the formula for happiness, but I can already share my impressions.

Life can be changed. I am sure of that and it has already been done by me. I live where my dreams have taken me. But my very first dream was freedom from office work and life not by someone else's schedule and system.

A long time ago, when I still got up at the same time every morning and went to work like a robot, I read in a magazine that there are people in the world who make money without sitting in the office at all, but work as they want, when they want and can live anywhere, because they work remotely.

That was the day when I realized that this is the job of my dreams. What can I say? I changed my profession during that time. I work remotely, when I want, how I want, and I also enjoy what I do.

I am where I want to be the most, doing what I want to do the most and I am here only because I once dared to change my THINKING.

I'm looking for something that can make me and those around me happier. I try everything on my skin, add spices that I like, throw away what didn't work for me or didn't taste good. I look for questions, then answers. I look everywhere and always, and when I find them, I use them, taste them and see what effect they have.

I will share it here. Just about life experience, about roads and missteps, about ups and downs. Also, about all the life lessons and truths learned and tested in life, which I have tested myself and which I am still looking for.

I don't know how much I will open up personally. It will probably depend on who is interested, but I promise to talk about something that could be useful to everyone:

  • about improving life by improving yourself;
  • about the possibilities and positive effects of changes in attitudes and thoughts;
  • about a healthy lifestyle;
  • about movement, body and energy;
  • about life then and now.

There is nothing worse than giving up the work you have started, because when you stop, life takes you back a couple or more good steps, and it is much more difficult to start all over again. That's why I say - let's keep the rhythm and move forward together.

I am sure that the more happy people around us, the better off we all will be.

I want to share my thoughts and experiences with someone, meet like-minded people, find friends, and I really don't want to talk only to myself.

Let's be friends

With love, Luana.

Hive Power Up Day - June 1st 2023

What kind of work do you do, if you don't mind me asking?

Hi, no secret, I work for one company, I manage it's internet portal remotely.

Hello!
It is so nice to read that you took your life into your own hands, to find what makes you happy. I think there's something inside all of us that activates sometime in our 30s that makes us wake up one day and think "what do I REALLY want from life?" I have also been walking this path.
Looking forward to seeing more posts from you.

I think it's perfect age to understand what we want of life. And do something for that.

Welcome to the Hive community @madeirane!
We sincerely hope you find everything you are looking for and have found a new home here.

Seven suggestions to consider:

  1. Guard your passwords carefully, and only publish with the posting key,
  2. Use your active key only for wallet transactions, Keychain, Peaklock, and Hivesigner,
  3. The master password and the owner key are only used to reset compromised passwords,
  4. DO NOT lose your password or keys; copy and store offline,
  5. Do not publish other people's work, be it photos or written, without credit, and be sure to source all of your work, even if it is your own.
  6. An introduceyourself tag is used only once , and
  7. DO NOT OPEN any links in memos or comments that you do not know who they belong to. If it sounds too good to be true it probably is, so the old saying goes. There is nothing free here.

I found you because @brittandjosie and @jamerussell from @heyhaveyamet presented and promoted your publication to get more exposure and help you grow faster.

Hello Luana, welcome to Hive!
I'm so impressed by the way you write - there's this attraction that keeps me want to read more and more from you.
I'm also impressed that you managed to change profession. I'm sure it's not easy. Not all people can be as courageous as you.
And not all people can be curious as you. Not all people want to find questions then answers, it's always answers only. Yours is different.
Anyways, I hope you will enjoy Hive as I do. And really looking forward to reading more about you, especially about self improvement and basically all of the things you mentioned above.

HI Luana!
And welcome from @dreemport !
I am SO GLAD to meet you. I've been a long time member of this online community, and have worked hard to enjoy my time here, as well as be a welcoming presence. JAMES RUSSELL (Old Greybeard himself) has some awesome tips for being on HIVE.

I Found Your Post from #DreemPort!

Looking forward to seeing/reading more posts from u ... :)

Welcome to Hive! Same here, I used to work remotely full-time before having kids. I enjoyed my life as a digital nomad traveling from one island to another and one country to another. Enjoy your stay here on Hive.
