While people like to complain about the distribution and earnings of creators, the other side they generally fail to mention is their own support of contributors and whether it is adequate.

So true. We need to teach what it means to be a "balanced" Hiver in terms of creating content, helping with distribution, curation, engagement, etc. I feel like the people that have a nice balance of all these things are never complaining.
