Hello there!
This is an update on the ENGAGE along with some questions and answers to aid distributors of the token.
What is ENGAGE?
ENGAGE is a token which can be issued by existing owners of ENGAGE, to accounts on the Steem blockchain that are engaging positively on Steem.
ENGAGE is a fun, or 'vanity' token, which may or may not hold any value in the future.
How many ENGAGE tokens are there?
1 million, with 182,780 in supply at present.
How can I earn ENGAGE?
ENGAGE tokens can be earned when your engagement is spotted on the Steem blockchain by existing holders of the token.
How can I reward ENGAGE tokens?
You need to hold at least 1000 ENGAGE tokens to be able to issue ENGAGE.
If you hold at least 1000 ENGAGE you can distribute ENGAGE by typing the following command in a reply to a comment or a post:
!ENGAGE 50
Do the tokens I reward come out of my wallet?
No. They are issued from @misterengagement's wallet.
How much ENGAGE can I reward someone?
The current maximum is 50 ENGAGE,as shown in the example above. This may change in the future as more tokens are placed in circulation.
As a suggestion, 25 ENGAGE for a decent comment, and 50 for an awesome comment.
What happens when I reward ENGAGE?
When you reward ENGAGE, if successful, the following reply to the rewarded account will appear:
Why were no ENGAGE tokens issued when I called the command?
@misterengagement is out of tokens (check here and/or contact @abh12345)
You do not have 1000 ENGAGE (check your wallet on https://steem-engine.com)
Where can I buy/sell ENGAGE?
ENGAGE can be exchanged for STEEMP here: https://steem-engine.com/?p=market&t=ENGAGE
You will need to Deposit STEEM in order to start trading.
How many accounts hold 1000+ ENGAGE?
At present, 61 accounts hold 1000 or more ENGAGE. You can check who, here: https://steem-engine.rocks/tokens/ENGAGE/richlist?sort_field=balance&sort_order=desc

@misterengagement will also vote on the comment you are rewarding with ENGAGE tokens. This vote is being trailed by a couple of accounts (VP permitting) and users are trusted not to abuse this.
It is with blind faith at present that ENGAGE will be spread around the network - Try not to issue it all to your alts!

(Also I just checked the Steem Engine Block Explorer page for ENGAGE tokens and thought the first people had millions, not thousands :'D). My eyes are silly today.
There's only 1 million, ever! 1000 is good for boosting decent comments to the top of a blog :)

Great initiative with this token. I always like to reward those who comment on my posts but my vote value still turns to dust. Engage seems like an option to make comments great again. I've been buying a few Engage tokens now and again and hope that I can reach 1000 as soon as possible.

You can send a wallet transfer to @dustbuster. I send 1 steem every so often and get a few comment upvotes a week. They remind you when you are getting low on funds.
This program increases my small votes to over dust as well as those that others give me. It is not profit making, but at least the votes get counted, @ammonite.

If it helps promote positive energy, content, and engagement... I am all for it! That's one of the things we try to encourage at the @steemterminal... and much the reason why I created my #thoughtfuldailypost movement long ago. Conversely... The ENGAGE token on #HiveEngine does exist, but if you mean the ENGAGE tipping bot, then it hasn't been working properly for over a year due to the maximum possible number of ENGAGE tokens already issued. 🤓😏 !HUG !CTP

If all tokens have already been issued and they are no longer on the bot (or its owner's) account, then the bot should either buy back its own tipping token from the #HiveEngine market (if it has the funds to do so) or create a new tipping token whose name is similar to the one that can no longer be tipped. 🤓 !LUV !CTP
