We struggle at the charity, but thankfully we are used to it and so it's not a big issue. I posted one success about the disabled children about 4 or 5 days ago.
We have applied for an essential services permit to go out, but no answer yet.
The reason I think is that we refuse to share our credits with them, as they don't support us. The big name charities get most of the support and the smaller ones have to fight for the crumbs. So we withdrew years ago and went our own way.
Life can be a struggle, but it all depends on how one faces it my friend.
We are determined to stay happy no matter the circumstances and it works for us.
