They are very brave but fast to their advantage, when they come after someone or something, they come right at you to the point where you can feel the wind from their wings on your face, but it was funny to watch the pelican trying to catch him, I'm not sure what he would have done with it if he did. lol

Probably would have swallowed it like a fish lol. I bet the redwing thought it was after his babies.
Maybe, they are just territorial I think.
