TimTravels - The Wonder of Greece Landscapes

in OCD4 years ago

Greetings from Germany my Bees! I hope you all have a great weekend and don't get too bored with the lockdowns we currently have all around the world.

First of all, let me tell you happy and glad I am for the engagement and your comments on my posts. It means a lot to me to see that we have such an active community, this is something we can really be proud of.
Well done bees!

To receive also means to give, therefore I decided to give you something back in return and tomorrow I will start the MyPictureDay contest on Hive. Don't know what it is? Then check out tomorrow's blog post and prepare your camera!

Today I want to share some shots I took in Greece a while ago. These pictures were supposed to be posted long time ago but unfortunately I was not active anymore.
Time to change this!

Those of you that followed my posts on Steemit probably know how much I like to be in Greece. Great weather, heartful people, tasty traditional dishes and picturesque landscapes out of this world.
I remember the first time when I went to Greece and left Rhode airport. All I saw was rocks and sand. Even after a 20 minutes ride in the cab I didn't see a diversification in the flora.

But soon I was about to change my mind.

Some of the rock formations look as if you were on another planet. Wherever you go you will find fruits grow, from grapes to pomegranates, olives to lemon or melon. You can find it all. Beautiful sunsets are also guaranteed, be aware however that when you are up in the mountains that it gets cold quickly once the sun disappeared.
Tomorrow I will show you more of the Greece landscapes and start the photography contest where you can win every week some Hive!

Stay safe and sum sum Bees!
Tim

Greece is a country that I'm very curious about, when this COVID-19 ends it will be one of the places of choice to spend a vacation.
