What do you mean by fund? The account has some HP, and I give the account a batch of ENGAGE.
I have thought about it but so far so good. I check fairly often and have the option to mute accounts that I don't think are playing fair.
I'm not sure what you plan to vote, but it possible with https://rewarding.app/ to vote a user based on tags - might work?
I know you actually buy the tokens, I was only worried about its free distribution.

In the grand scheme of things, buying the tokens hasn't been so bad - the posts that occasionally discuss ENGAGE have likely covered the expenses.
For that data I use @hivesql - a SQL database populated by Hive blockchain data.
If you have ideas for further information that could appear let me know - Hive Engine data is tougher to accquire, but Hive data is there to present.
I'm a total novice to the use of SQL database. I thought it were easy to check that similar stats on a weekly basis for my account.
