My adventures along the river in the mountain valley // Nature holds many mysteries that are very interesting to explore

in Amazing nature (AN)yesterday (edited)

Good night to all my beloved hive friends ♥️

The further we explore nature, the more new knowledge and experience we gain, valuable discoveries and many more exciting events, but every activity certainly has its own risks, but that's what will make this adventure a challenge that is quite interesting to complete. In this post I will share my experience about my adventure entering a river in the forest which is of course very far from residential areas, many things, moments, and discoveries that I got from the adventure, so this will be a very interesting topic for us to discuss thoroughly here.

Let's start

Yesterday I received another invitation from my fellow villagers to go on an adventure into the forest, but the main goal was to visit a river located right under the mountain valley, the place was rarely visited by people so I didn't know the name of the place or even the place didn't have a name at all, after discussing it we finally decided to go on this trip right at 09.00 in the morning, but before that we also had to prepare all the equipment and supplies, so as to reduce the risk of unwanted things happening during the adventure later.

After everything was prepared, we finally set off on our journey, and there were 6 people joining the journey this time, but the good news is that all of them have experience with the forest, so this journey will be even more exciting to do because we can back each other up.

Uphill roads are routes that are often encountered because throughout this journey I may have to pass through 7 uphill road areas, but what is even more extreme is when we pass downhill roads plus bends, but for those who are used to it, this is an easy thing and this is a function of experience.

However, it is different if we do this trip during the rain, the road we pass will definitely be more dangerous because it will be very slippery, even though the road is paved, this is a very extreme uphill and downhill road.

However, after continuing the journey for about 2 hours, we finally left the paved road and entered a more extreme road. I don't remember how many uphill roads we had passed, but when we arrived at the top of the high hills, we stopped to rest.

Maybe for people who have not visited this place for 2 years, they will be very surprised if they visit it now, because 2 years ago we could only see a stretch of lush trees covering the earth, in this area it was a very dense forest, but look now, in the space of two years this place has changed a lot and is now the largest corn field in my area.

And from that area we only need to travel about 20 minutes to get to my uncle's cornfield, but our destination at that time was not to my uncle's cornfield but to the river area which was located even further away. Because our destination at that time was still very far, so we didn't waste too much time there, and after resting enough we immediately continued the journey, fortunately to get to the river it was still accessible by vehicle.

In order to save time, we tried to continue the journey without stopping and after traveling for about 1 hour, we finally arrived at the river area which was our destination.

I have visited this place once, if I'm not mistaken it was a year ago, and now this place has undergone a lot of changes, starting from many areas that already look barren, most likely this place has become part of the residents' fields, believe me, it used to be very dark here because of the many dense trees so the atmosphere was also a little tense.

But fortunately the water in this river is still very well maintained, the water is very clear and the water also flows very slowly, we continued walking along this river towards the upstream, the many rocks made the path we passed even more difficult, fortunately all of us were wearing mountain shoes at that time.

We continued walking until we managed to find a riverbed that was most likely very deep, some of my friends couldn't wait to swim there, even though we all had a lot of experience, we still had to be very careful, because we didn't know what the condition of the riverbed was like and how deep the water was.

After confirming it, we all finally swam there, and sure enough, the water was very deep, we couldn't even measure it, because this was water that came directly from the mountains, so of course the water was very clear, cool and refreshing, we swam there for quite a long time.

After swimming, we all felt very hungry, although swimming is a very fun thing, without realizing it, it is also very tiring, so, feeling hungry after swimming is a natural thing. However, in the place where we swam, there was no shade, so we immediately continued along the river while looking for a suitable shade to rest.

After walking for about 15 minutes, we finally managed to find a big tree growing right on the edge of the river, so we immediately approached the tree. The next plan was that we wanted to grill chicken here, but some of the equipment was not ready yet, so we immediately divided the tasks, some looked for firewood, some prepared the equipment for cooking and some were willing to clean the chicken, everyone had their own tasks.

But when I was resting, suddenly I saw a black wasp flying near me and not long after that the wasp landed on a wild flower, because the distance was not too far, I decided to approach it.

This is a black wasp or its scientific name Genus Sphex , commonly known as Digger Wasp.I strongly advise against playing with this wasp, because this wasp has a very painful sting, but there is no harm in just taking a picture of it, because this wasp will not attack if it does not feel threatened.

Still on the same flower, I also managed to find a very small spider, so small that I almost didn't see it, but because I photographed it with a macro lens, the spider could be seen clearly on my camera lens.

And this is a crab spider or with the scientific name Thomisus this spider often spends a lot of time on flowers, and will look for prey by ambushing every small insect that comes to the flower.

I am very happy to be able to find many insects or animals that I have never seen before, and this is what I often call the discovery of new things, the further we explore nature, the more other magical things we will find.

Well, those are some pictures and stories from me in this post, I really hope that this post can provide entertainment for all of my friends. All of these pictures are purely my own, I took this picture using an Infinix 10 Pro cellphone and edited this picture using the Lightroom application.

See you again in my next post ♥️

Hey @riyat you are welcome.
Thanks for using @worldmappin 😘

Good morning, dear friend @riyat

I want to remind you that we've changed our rules. I encourage you to read them.

To differentiate ourselves from other photography communities, we would like you to include URLs with scientific data to support the information you share in your posts.

In your post, you mention a black wasp and the consequences of an insect sting. You also mention a spider. Could you please edit the post and add the URL of their scientific name?

The idea is that all of us who read your post can learn scientifically.

I really liked your post; the only thing missing is the references to the insects. Thank you very much for your understanding.

Good evening my good friend
I am happy to add ULR and its scientific name, you are absolutely right so that we can all learn together here.
I know where my mistake is and I will fix it in my next post. Thank you very much ♥️🙏

We appreciate your work and your publication has been hand selected by the geography curation team on behalf of the Amazing Nature AN Community. Keep up the good work!

Thank you very much for your support and kind comments, I really appreciate it.
Have a nice day my dear friend @jlufer 🙏♥️

What an incredible post! Few people don't know the importance of including reference links. For example, I had never seen today's species, or at least some of them, and I became curious about what I learned more from your links. My favorite is the spider.

Glad you like it, thank you very much for your support and kind comments my friend.
Have a nice day 🙏
