Hello Hive community! It's been about a month since I last made a contribution to #LIL, the LMAC image library. Since then we've had a special LIL edition of the LMAC contest and many of our artists rediscovered the rich resource LIL can be. In the spirit of continuing to see the library grow, I'm uploading a bunch of images today.
For every image I post here, there are others that I reject for one reason or another. The one below, for example, I didn't add to the list because I already had a 'No Shellfishing' sign in my LIL contributions this week.
A few of the images posted today were modified using filters from Lunapic or Gimp. Most of the photos were prepped for inclusion with the help of Paint 3D and Gimp.
The LMAC Gallery is growing. I hope all my readers remember that anyone can borrow from the Gallery, anytime. And anyone may contribute. This post describes procedures for doing so. I regularly use images from the gallery in my own Hive blogs. One of my favorite go-to images is this one, by @muelli
Another one I adapt often to my different blogs is this one by @yaziris
Finally, one of our most prolific contributors, @redheadpei has a virtual cornucopia of images in the Gallery. Here is one of my favorites
If you check back in a week, all the images posted here should be available in the library. LIL images are in the public domain. I hope the pictures I post today are useful to the LMAC and Hive community.

Wonderful images for the lil library, A.G.@agmoore. I enjoyed them all and especially seeing the old wall phone. My parents had one similar when I was a teenager. It was a party line with three more households on it. Our number was one long ring and two short ones. Being devilish I could listen in on the calls of the others on the same line….until my mother would catch me and motioned me to hang up the phone or face her wrath.😆

I am on the road and using someone else's laptop. Very awkward! I remember those party line phones. Many times we didn't have a phone, but when we did we always knew someone might be listening in. I think we had to connect through an operator, also. You bring back memories.
I love your pictures in the gallery, and Red is especially attractive.I hope you have had a wonderful Thursday. Tomorrow I visit my brother in Atlanta, who is not well. I'm glad I have the opportunity to do this but the laptop is driving me crazy. I won't be on line much. The little mouse pad and tiny keys are no good for me.

It somehow has a charm like many things from those old days have and what most things today totally miss. Solidity and that special touch of pragmatic elegance, I guess.

I'm very happy you like these, my friend. I think most photos are useful to LIL, but our collagists like weird cutouts :)) It is actually fun to collect and assemble.
