This is a very important point, that of tips, since suddenly there can be other points of view associated with tipping in countries like my country Venezuela where the lack of cash means that tips have practically disappeared, I estimate 90%, and that does not mean that good service is not being given, but that there is no cash to tip, here in Venezuela 90% of the payments are made by debit card.
