I agree with your opinion about focusing more on altcoins that's why i am not holding any bitcoin. But if we talk according to the current situation, BTC is first launched and more decentralized currency than others. Ethereum is owned by vitalik butterin, it has own use cases. Here we need to see coins on the bases of market cap and decentralisation and in these both things bitcoin is ahead. Most of the new users first come in bitcoin than in other coins so btc is the entrance as well. I am not holding bitcoin but i Can not deny the truth. Anyway Thanks for your comment☻
