Building a Community About Financial Markets for traders and non-traders

To operate on the financial markets is never easy. It takes years and years of study and losses to reach a point where you start to make consistent profits.

And with the rise of cryptocurrency markets, and how easy it is to start to trade within these markets created a wave of people looking to learn more about it.

I see a lot of posts around the Steem blockchain talking about trading strategies and market studies, but they are everywhere, and it's kind of hard to find posts and articles about this kind of topic among the thousands of posts that appears everyday.

This is the reason why i created this community:

A place for to make easier for traders to share their insights and ideas.

Like i said, to become a good operator on any financial market, it is needed to stay on a constante state of learning, and a focused community is a good place for people interested on trading to discuss ideas and strategies, and keep the learning wheel rolling.

Even non-traders can benefit from this community

You might not be interested in diving deep on financial markets, and keep on learning everyday about them.

But this community will allow you to see what traders are thinking, and find a good suggestion about what and when to buy an asset.

So, feel free to lurk around and discuss everything posted here.

I welcome you all, and keep on learning and sharing

Nice and welcome!

Feel free to crosspost any strategy or analysis you make here. The idea is to reduce the noise, and have a focused place to talk about trading ideas and strategies!

thanks, great idea!

Dear @phgnomo

I'm just very curious why did you decide to create your own community. It surely will be very difficult and challenging for you to encourage others to post within your community (since you have very little voting power - which means that you cannot even support content creators within your own hive).

Solid read. Upvoted already,
Yours, Piotr

I think this is something that is wrong that is being percieved by most users:

People are looking at communities as a way to segment reward.

But this shouldn't be the reason of communities existing.

Communities should be about segmenting topics, not rewards.

Communities should be about finding content that is relevant to your own interest.

So, since i am really into trading and investing, and have been learning about it for the past 3-4 years, i wanted to have a place to people share and talk specifically about this topic, and not have posts spread over all other communites where everyone talk about everything.

And with the crosspost implemented by @steempeak this make things even more interesting, because everyone can post on their "generalist" communities, but crosspost it on each "specific" community, kind of creating a repository of specific information.

Hi there

I only realized a moment ago that I never thanked you for this awesome comment.

Big thx for being always so responsive.

Have a great tuesday buddy,
Yours, Piotr

Personally I think it is a good idea to create communities to have a suitable site for each topic of interest, I think it serves to organize the contents and personally it seems to me that it would help to give a greater order to the populations, facilitating that the partners can locate the publications of your interest more easily.

I congratulate you on the creation of this hive.
The intention that traders and non-merchants can share their experiences in the same place to support and grow together is wonderful.

I will surely join this community.
