My Hive Introduction - A Nurse and More

Hi friends, I am Faith Brown, from Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria in West Africa. You can call me @nursefaith.

I am a practicing nurse. I am presently the Head Nurse in the hospital I serve. With my entry to Hive, I wish to extend my healthcare services to friends here.

I am a trained community health practitioner who has practiced both in Urban and Rural Areas and also in some private firms within my state of residence.

This journey into Hive will add another to my skillset. I am becoming a Content Creator with a focus on Healthcare, Medics, and Fitness.

I am a believer and follower of Christ Jesus. I love him because his death, and resurrection have brought me a new life. he is the source and anchor of my FAITH.

My life is that of faith. Many experiences of my past could have broken me, but God's love was and is still greater. This is the basis of my faith that tomorrow will be better.

I am average in height, and nutmeg in complexion. I am jovial, accommodating, caring, kind, and God-fearing. I love dancing and seeing movies.

I am passionate about caring for the aged and children. This is the part of me that makes me joyous and satisfying.

I am fun to be with and love adventures too. For me, keeping fit is a must. I do that not just as a health practitioner but also inspired by the Holy Scriptures that bodily exercise profiteth little...

A friend was kind and smart enough to capture me in one of my cycling routines. Don't mind my non-usage of sports clothing.

I have a sociable life outside my profession. Bonding with friends, family, and loved ones is a must. Below is my picture with friends at the traditional marriage of another friend.

I believe that no one is an Island, and as such, a need for healthy and peaceful relationships with others.

I believe that you must love yourself as you love others. Self-care is important. Especially in a time like this when many have become prisoners of mental health, it is important to define what makes you happy and do it.

We can love ourselves by eating well, dressing well, and caring for our bodies. Regular exercise and recreational activities are part of self-care and should be enjoyed.

I have heard about Hive for a long time but I think it wasn't just the right time to get involved. I've lost two smartphones within the last two years and I am glad I could save up to get a new one.

I'm blessed with people who are all out to inspire and motivate me to do my best. One of them is @uyobong. I've had a fruitful time learning how well I can maximize Hive to boost my career and personal life.
